Kerri Irvin-Ross
Responsible for overseeing the board's activities and ensuring it fulfills its duties effectively. This individual works closely with fellow board members, the executive team, and other stakeholders to set strategic goals, make high-level decisions, and ensure the organization’s long-term success.

Janel Dupley
The Vice- President Assists the Board President in overseeing the governance and strategic direction of the organization

Grant Barthelette
The Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the financial management of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. This role involves budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring cash flow.

Nadeen Haverstock
The Secretary of the Board is responsible for maintaining accurate records of board meetings, including minutes and official documents. This role ensures proper communication and documentation of board decisions.

Jennifer Westaway

The Past President (or Past Chair) plays a crucial role in supporting the transition to new leadership, ensuring a smooth handover of responsibilities to the incoming Chair. Past Chair provide guidance, mentorship, and continuity during the leadership transition, leveraging their experience to offer strategic insights and ensure organizational stability. Additionally, the Past President may continue to serve as a resource to the Board, offering historical context and supporting long-term goals.

The Therapeutic Crisis Solutions Consultant, a key member of the MACCP team, specializes in developing and delivering training programs focused on therapeutic approaches to crisis management. This role is dedicated to equipping frontline staff and all personnel working with youth with effective, evidence-based strategies to manage challenging situations.
