About the Organization
The Manitoba Association of Community Care Providers (MACCP) is dedicated to supporting community care providers by offering essential training, building strong partnerships, and championing the needs of the community care sector.
MACCP supports the Child Welfare System in Manitoba by empowering its members through innovative training, strong advocacy, and collaborative partnerships with community care providers and governmental bodies.
MACCP operates under the core values of collaboration, professionalism, inclusion and leadership. These values ensure the organization remains focused on promoting ethical conduct, providing high-quality services, embracing diversity, and nurturing a supportive environment for families and care providers in Manitoba's child welfare system.
About Training Sessions
To enroll in one of MACCP's training sessions, you must sign up through Ticket Tailor. The link to the registration page can be found in the training calendar on our website. Simply choose the training session you're interested in, and follow the registration process.
Priority will be given to our partner agencies; however, any individual working within the sector who wishes to develop and learn specific skills is welcome to enroll in our training program.
If a registered staff member is unable to attend training, the agency may substitute another staff member. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, unless the cancellation is initiated by MACCP.
Absolutely! MACCP is delighted to offer customized training programs tailored specifically to your agency's unique needs. Please let us know which training program(s) your agency is interested in, and we will gladly coordinate all the necessary arrangements for its implementation.
