We will actively seek out and implement member feedback to enhance the overall membership experience. Furthermore, we will focus on expanding our membership base and forging strategic partnerships to strengthen our network. Lastly, we will prioritize a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new members, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from the outset
Training
To ensure our training program aligns with evolving needs, we will engage in a collaborative process to co-design our annual training calendar. Our training sessions will be delivered using a two-lens approach, providing a comprehensive and nuanced understanding of the subject matter. To continuously improve the program, we will implement post-training surveys with employers to gather valuable feedback and insights.

To ensure our long-term sustainability, we will balance our budget, develop a board succession plan, create learning plans for staff, and establish Terms of Reference for all committees.
