Vicarious Trauma

This workshop incorporates mindfulness activities to provide participants with the experience of these practices and how they might be useful in mitigating the impact of vicarious trauma. This workshop will look at our stress responses and incorporate stress management and self- care into our everyday lives. This workshop is geared toward service providers in caring professions who may be impacted by the trauma they witness in their work
