Managers and supervisors will learn how to navigate debriefing sessions with their teams as well as conduct reflections with the youth after an incident has occurred, utilizing TCS Documentation.
Participants will learn how to apply TCS philosophy to their everyday practice and supervision. TCS Level 1 is a prerequisite to attend management training.
